Darios guitar is the famous Gibson Flying V. We know how it sounds, as example from teh song Startschuss. But the fine sound of the guitar is not quite good to hear. HistoryThe president of Gibson, Ted McCarty wanted to add in the early 50s, the image of his company's somewhat future-oriented. In 1958, the Gibson Flying V electric guitar was unveiled for the first time. Some well-known musicians, took the guitar immediately. Thus for example, Lonnie Mack (rock and blues guitarist) and Albert King (blues guitarist) already plays on a Gibson Flying V. The body (as a body called the sound box of a musical instrument) of the former model consists a kind of mahogany (Korina). It was produced only about one year. After last unfinished 1962-1963 Flying V built were completed and sold. These models differ slightly in the choice of materials from their predecessors.
